THE BEAT MUSIC ACADEMY

I envy my own kid who attends these classes! Sure, I can also learn how to be a DJ as an adult, but I wish I had this opportunity when I was a kid! So much fun while unleashing your inner creativity. Beat Music Academy is amazing at keeping it engaging and fun!

The owner is not versed in how to speak to neurodivergent children. She kicked my child out of camp without reason stating she didn’t like her responses. She has no idea the soul crushing trauma she caused my super kind and sensitive kid who internalized the experience not able to be told what she did wrong just know she wasn’t liked. Now she won’t try DJing elsewhere because of the cruelty of this woman. Whatever Valentina’s response is here, know she didn’t give me an explanation other than she didn’t like her responses and that she had too many ideas. So please be wary. Note: her allergy friendly food choices were also made fun of by the instructor.

I want to give a huge thank you to Alen as well as Valentina. I took the 8 week DJ course with Alen. I left this class with an enormous amount of knowledge and tools to start my djing journey. He was very thorough and answered any and all questions we had. incredibly happy to have found them. Would highly recommend them! 20 out of 10 ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the Beats Academy! While I had prior DJing knowledge, the instructors taught at every skill level and ensured everyone left feeling comfortable with new concepts. The instructors are flexible and knowledgeable in every genre of music and made it exciting to step out of my comfort zone and experiment with new styles of music.
